My background in the dining world dates back over 30 years with extensive experience in several top rated restaurants. Beginning at age of 14 in San Diego, California I began learning the core ingredients to making a restaurant a success. Mastering everything from service basics to unique menu designs and ultimately the art of food preparation and presentation became my passion.

Azure is a masterpiece in simplicity. Predominantly seafood and fish, the food is straightforward, thoughtfully highlighted with whimsical sophistication. The cocktails are signature Dr. Joey "Fresh Bar", (where else do you find real hibiscus flowers inside a drink), and the wine list is laden with gems for every palette.

Azure's dining room is as impressive as it is approachable. Our service is founded on the principles of gracious hospitality. Our focus on fresh indigenous products for both the food and beverage programs served nightly with the Pink Palace's legendary personal service.

My arrival at Azure is clearly one of my career highlights. My position allows me to work with extraordinary talents like Chef Jon Matsubara and Master Mixologist Joey Gottesman on developing a signature dining experience found nowhere else.
